This is a unique opportunity to play a key role within the Merch supply chain.
We are looking for a passionate leader with proven experience in distribution, 3PL management, network modeling, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
In this role, you will scale our distribution model to optimize for ship cost, delivery speed and customer experience.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, builds strong relationships, and enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems.
Key job responsibilitiesOwns ship cost, delivery speed and supporting final mile delivery metricsOwns topological planning for site expansion and new business opportunitiesDrivers carrier improvements through service enhancement and score cardingExecutes network distribution strategyDrive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve cost structure and customer experience of the supply chainPerforms complex analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitabilityDrives global standardization of network configuration, businesses processes, and reporting with product, finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholdersDrives cross-functional projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.
Establishes strong relationships with internal and external strategic providers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
