Leasing Manager
Responsibilities Are you an experienced leasing professional? Do you have experience in sales or hospitality? Do you have strong relationship building skills and experience leading a team? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Coordinate and supervise activities of our leasing department to ensure maximum occupancy of a multifamily apartment community Oversee and train our leasing staff on all functions necessary to close the sale including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessary Ensure accuracy of advertising and media channels, promotional programs and signage for your assigned property Attend after hours resident events as needed Ensure responsibility for the management and implementation of the leasing process and systems.
Keep a pulse daily with resident follow-ups, competitor research and knowing your property features and benefits.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of availability of your property, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services provided Communicate and work with Property Management to ensure property promises are delivered on time, and conduct move-in inspections and orientation with residents Maintain a working knowledge of competitive buildings and conduct regular market surveys of these properties Provide feedback and recommendations on rental rates, promotions and overall market conditions with a view to maximizing revenue at the property.

00 / hour plus annual performance based bonus QualificationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experienced Leasing Professional - You have at least 2 years experience in the leasing field or in the hospitality industry.
A college degree and experience with Yardi is preferred but not required! Tech Pro - You are able to use Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly Flexible Schedule - You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends Problem Solver - You're able to assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quickly People Person - You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great resident experience and have strong closing skills Multitasking Master - You're able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders Must be able to work rotating weekends A BIT ABOUT US We call ourselves Related Management Company, and our market-rate conventional portfolio is focused on value-added assets that we revive and breathe new life into.
