You will support the physician and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Check in patients and obtain basic vital signs Organize and schedule appointments Inventory management Comfortable using EMR Currently looking for someone 2 part time or 1 full time staff members to cover Mon to Friday 8am- 4pm and optional Saturday 8am- 12pm Skills Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Verifying rejections and resubmitting claims Find denial trends and solutions Collecting copay, coinsurance, deductible and account balances.
Application of patient payments to patient account.
Strong organizational and planning skills Comfortable using an EMR Job Types:
