Regional Sales Manager - Carrollton, TX

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Carrollton, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge and expertise to drive the sales performance and success of a team of Sales Reps in the Southwest Region and will report directly to the Vice President of Southern Sales.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for sales development and growth in the Southwest Region.
Responsible for sales development of Corporate Accounts located in the assigned territory.
Assist Sales Reps (Independent / Company Reps) and Sales Coordinators in territory management, marketing plans, and strategies.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience2-4 years of sales management and outside sales experience is requiredPrevious experience managing Independent Sales Reps is preferredCommercial roofing/construction sales management background is desiredStrong organization skills and experience in Gmail and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel when requiredMust have outstanding management and communication skillsCompensation &
