- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with project coordination and management - Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, and filing - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software #### Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong typing skills and ability to type accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus - Familiarity with computerized systems and ability to learn new software quickly - Experience working in a medical or dental office is an advantage - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
