- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers - Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner - Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
