Seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support a busy YouTube Content Creator.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and content production.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to content preparation, with a keen eye for detail.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the content creation process, including scheduling, posting previews on social media, and liaising with editors.
Assist in launching new services, including website updates and newsletter preparation.
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling, email management, and other personal tasks.
Collaborate closely with the content creator to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Handle any other related duties as required, ensuring the content creator can focus on high-priority tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms, especially YouTube.
Basic knowledge of website management and content editing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for content creation and digital media.
