Our company has 65 employees and offices at a 100,000 sq ft facility in Carrolton, Tx.
We are looking for a candiate who has a strong construction background and can work with our clients needs during the construction process of their home or commercial property.
Duties - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in the construction phase of their home - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate construction needs - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Previous experience in Construction customer service or a related field is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in data entry and computer skills This position requires a motivated individual who is able to effectively communicate with customers, analyze their needs, and provide exceptional service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
