Technical Product ManagerWe have been engaged by our client in the Dallas area to help them hire a motivated and detail-oriented Agile Product Owner to join our startup team.
The Agile Product Owner will be responsible for managing the collection of desired outcomes from key stakeholders; progressively prioritizing and refining a backlog of product enhancements; following the User Story approach to communicate desired functionality and qualities; ,reviewing development work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria; participating in release planning and incremental development of products; and managing multiple Agile teams across multiple products.
The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail, analytically inclined, the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and experience in the construction industry, specifically in new home construction.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze outcomes, complications, and conditions of satisfaction from key stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, architects, developers and designers to find solutions and develop a product backlog.
Write and prioritize user stories using the SCRUM process.
Ensuring all delivery team members are pursuing a common vision for the product.
Envision and deliver a complete product experience across the full customer lifecycle Collaborate with the development team to ensure that user stories are well understood and that acceptance criteria are defined.
Participate in the development process by reviewing development work and ensuring that it meets acceptance criteria.
Manage multiple SCRUM teams and multiple products.
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Continuously update the product backlog based on feedback from stakeholders and development teams.
Ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed, organized, and up-to-date.
Develop materials that explain the product to different audiences such as choosers, users, delivery teams and stakeholders.
Understand business strategy and priorities.
Setting clear product goals, linking them to company objectives, and aligning the entire team around a shared roadmap a Contribute to product ideation processes.
Participate in portfolio & release planning balancing incremental delivery, product evolution, business priorities, and market dynamics.
Present and demonstrate the use of the product Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 3
years of experience as a SCRUM Product Owner.
Experience in new home construction is highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
Experience using Azure Dev Ops or a similar project management tool.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
