We are seeking a dedicated Admin/Warehouse Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
-Route and create loadouts for LTL/Ecommerce shipping.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately - Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule - Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits - Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization - Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment - Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations - Ability to physically count product accurately.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Experience:
- Prior experience using Microsoft Excel is a plus -Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required - Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing This position does not require specific experience in clerical or medical receptionist roles but welcomes candidates with customer service, order entry, or similar backgrounds.
Experience in event planning, customer support, phone etiquette, or transcribing is beneficial but not mandatory.
