o ICM/CVP experience required
o UCM 9.0 Multi-cluster environment; administration in centralized call processing model
o VXML Gateways; CUSP; CUBE; ACE Load Balancer
o Unity Connection 9.0 cluster with high availability
o Cisco Dialer - Outbound campaign
o Cisco Integration Manager (CIM)
o SCCP and SIP endpoints
o Dial Plan administration
o MGCP / H.3223/SIP voice gateways
o Voice and Video Protocols like H.323, SIP MGCP, ISDN, G.711, G.729, H.264
o Advanced knowledge of routing protocols - BGP, EIGRP
o Cisco Routers, IOS Voice Gateways
o Knowledge of circuit ordering procedures with LEC and SDN ordering procedures with all major carriers.
o Experience in functioning as a team lead within a telecom/network environment.
o Possesses extensive knowledge of communications hardware software in a multi-protocol environment and network management software.
o Strong knowledge of the telecommunications carrier environment.
o Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
o CCNA/CCNA Voice, CCVP, CCNP/CCNP Voice certifications required
o CCIE Voice certification a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
