Project Management - Project Manager ;Location: CARROLLTON TX ;Duration: 3
Months;Only Local Candidates Required;Position Summary/Key Responsibilities
o Provide oversight / manage / lead IT, business process integration, transition projects/activities
o IT projects - provide business project management support and partner with the IT PM on complex IT projects
o PROCESS CENTRALIZATION THROUGH INTEGRATION - manage all tasks and people associated with moving financial processes from a Client Business Unit or a newly acquired business to a shared service location (due diligence, scoping, defining to be processes, knowledge transfer, ramp up planning and stabilization)
o PROCESS TRANSITIONS - manage all tasks and people associated with moving financial processing to a third party vendor onshore or offshore (define scope, define to be processes, manage training plan on-site, knowledge transfer, ramp up, pilot and stabilization)
o Lead and direct strategic Project initiatives. These can be multi-year efforts and could involve system re-platform, business process re-design and process transition / integration.
o Maintain project portfolio and pipeline of projects
o Work collaboratively with all matrix organizations including the business and IT service departments
o Influence and gain commitment for initiatives and recommendations from multiple stakeholders
o Collaborate with Business Performance team to prepare and track business case/ROI for strategic initiatives
o Provide executive level presentation updates on initiatives
o Change Management/Leadership experience (stakeholder analysis/impact/engagement, communication
Responsible for managing programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or program through the design process and into a finished state for internal or external customers. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of project and serves as manager for project team who are the liaison between project management, line management and other departments. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on all matters. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. May oversee customer business requirements, providing non-technical and some technical support and direction. This position may be in a matrix type of organization, where the position does not have direct responsibility over systems development but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
