TITLE: Application Support Specialist - Store Systems
The Application Support Specialist will be considered a subject matter expert on our internal application portfolio from both the end user and infrastructure support perspectives. Will be providing both Level 2 and Level 3 support
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7 - 10 years support experience working with mission critical revenue impacting applications
- Java coding experience (ability to edit and manipulate, test, maintain and enhance)
- Excellent customer service, communication skills are required
- Experience supporting POS or Enterprise Web based systems
- Financial services experience is desired (micro finance, lending, etc)
- Six Sigma or ITIL v Foundations desired, MCSA preferred
- Degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
