Provide assistance to Hiring Managers in the areas of job posting, background checks, software upkeep and pre-screening of candidates for positions throughout the company. Responsible for Company Affirmative Action Program.
1. Responsible for upkeep of recruiting software to include tracking of all positions both open and closed.
2. Post and track open positions both on our internal and external sites.
3. Conduct background checks on candidates
4. Manage the applicant tracking system (ICIMS) and run reports for our Affirmative Action Program.
5. Conduct interviews as required.
6. Act as back up to other HR department professionals
7. Conduct salary surveys
Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management
Minimum 3 years experience recruiting within a high volume industrial or manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with Kronos, ICIMS and ADP
Attention to detail a must.
Ability to work with all levels of employees

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
