Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records including general ledger, financial statements by using Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) or NetSuite Software ; reconciles accounts to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards by using Microsoft Office Excel; prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts including payments, expenses, disbursements by using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) or NetSuite Software; answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data; summarizes current accounting/financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, monthly and quarterly closing, and other reports by using Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) or NetSuite Software; maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential; assist CFO/Controller in conducting internal audits to ensure proper recording of all accounting posts, and to protect the company financial health using Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) or NetSuite Software and Microsoft Office Excel.
Must have 6 months experience.
Must have a Masters degree
