O'Brien Engineering, Inc. (O'Brien) is seeking to hire a full-time Civil Engineer EIT who has a MS or BS degree in Civil Engineering or similar and 0 - 8 years of experience in a similar capacity. Project types and duties include general civil engineering analysis and design, construction drawing plan preparation, data analysis, GIS support, and potentially hydraulic and hydrologic support, analysis, and modeling. The successful candidate will have experience utilizing software packages such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and possibly HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-GeoHMS, HEC-GeoRAS, XPSWMM, etc. We are seeking an individual who has a positive attitude, is resourceful, enjoys learning, desires to work in a small office, and shares our values in client satisfaction and producing high quality results.
The role will require negligible travel, offers competitive salary, benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement), and other miscellaneous benefits. Office hours are from 8AM - 5PM.
Requirements:
Engineer-in-Training
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil Engineering
0 - 8 years of experience in a related field/role

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
