SAS / SQL Developer

Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements.
Proficient in application development for a specific technology.
This position should typically be used for a mid-level, more seasoned, fully proficient resource.
The qualified candidate will possess:
SAS and SQL programming experience, knowledge of SAS Macro is a plus APEX and/or ASP.
net experience is a plus Unix, Excel/VBA, MS Access is a plus,other programming background considered.
Three to five years of professional work experience in a similar function; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Experience designing and developing programs for reporting applications; The ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks; Should be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills; The ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization; This position in DACOE CSD will be responsible for the development of applications to include analytical reports and/or databases pertaining to credit card accounts managed by the Customer Support (Collections) division.
Application Developers are experts in multiple categories of collections / credit card portfolio data and are able to build analytical applications or reports that help business managers view, understand and explain collections performance.
The selected individual will analyze requirements, manage project deliverables, design and create new reports or modify existing programs and processes and verify or modify logic where applicable, develop and test/debug programs.
In addition, this position will ensure data quality of the information presented on the reports produced and will provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
