Seeking Soild Business Analyst with a background in Finance or OBIEE/Business Ingelligence or Oracle's EBS.
POSITION
Summary:
This individual will be responsible to analyze end-to-end processes, identify stakeholders and company's obligations. Also, this position will coordinate the implementation of projects or initiatives among Finance and IT Oracle Development and IT Third-Party Development. This position is responsible documenting Use Cases for financial system projects and coordinating design efforts with various teams to meet strategic initiatives within the company. Ability to communicate effectively the requirements of systems and interfaces to both Business Users and IT Technical staff is a must. Support of key user groups and interacting with all levels of staff from Individual Contributor to Executive Level communication is required. Individual must be able to work independently providing management critical updates as to project status and risks, and manage day-to-day priorities without immediate over-sight. The person best qualified for this position will have strong communication and listening skills to effectively understand user and IT needs and provide leadership to meet deadlines. This individual should also have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial Application and data base table relationships, as well as overall system experience. This position will serve as a functional lead on software implementation projects or upgrades of ERP or proprietary software.

Responsibilities:
Quickly comprehend existing tools and procedures
Lead collaborative sessions to document current and target business process
Ability to identify needed stakeholders in projects
Develop and maintain project plans
Prepare weekly status reports including new risk and mitigation assessments
Work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
Effectively communicate with internal teams to deliver functional requirements for IT
Provide leadership to guide a team to decision regarding all aspects of project
Ability to read technical design specification and apply to System Set-Ups
Develop test scripts for end-users which effectively and test delivered applications to business requirements and technical specifications
Research, document and resolve complex system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Define and support integration between Oracle EBS, Custom and external applications
All other duties as needed or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
Bachelor's degree in IT may be considered
Five years Accounting or Finance experience with Financial Systems experience preferred
Three years Project Coordination experience required
Functional Application Analyst, Implementation experience required
Occasional holiday and weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and evening hours are required as needed
