Pricing Analyst
PRICING ANALYST
The South Central region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). We currently have an exciting Pricing Analyst opportunity at our Carrollton, TX facility.

The Pricing Analyst will create, track and analyze pricing models to help our sales team competitively price HVAC parts, supplies and other related products and services. The Pricing Analyst will work with a variety of departments, including sales, management, marketing and accounting, to ensure that the pricing methodology complies with company policies and maximizes profitability.
The Pricing Analyst will follow price trends in the marketplace using industry databases, catalogs and will work closely with the General Managers to develop and roll out price models and strategies. Other duties include maintaining price lists, contributing content for sales proposals, reviewing price quotes, generating pricing reports on sales revenue and preparing revenue forecasts and budgets for the leadership team.

Responsibilities:
Utilize business intelligence tools and other market inputs to analyze pricing data
Coordinate, manage and maintain pricing strategies and structures
Review daily reports to identify exceptions and work with Sales and/or Operations to ensure proper resolutions
Work closely with management to develop and implement effective pricing strategies
Research and analyze pricing to identify potential opportunities to maximize sales and increase profitability
Monitor market and industry trends to insure that we remain competitive
Provide analytical support to the Sales Organization on pricing and promotional decisions
Adhere to consistent processes and documentation
Skills Requirements:
Proficient skills using various business intelligence and data extraction tools
Ability to analyze complex data and reports
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and Word;
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
Education/Education Requirements:
AA/AS degree and 5 years related experience
BA / BS degree and 2 years related experience
