Job OverviewThe HRA is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our print operations facilities.
The role is the point of contact for our managers and employees and is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Position ResponsibilitiesHRIS:
Pre-hire coordination in partnership with Recruiting team Drug Testing Compliance Pre-hire paper and I9 Compliance New Hire Onboarding in partnership with Training team Manage Internal Transfers process for FC I and FC III associates Coordinating Progressive Discipline process with site leadership Tracking LOA & Accommodations and providing updates to operational leadership Managing investigations with guidance of site Sr.
HRBP Manage termination process for FC I and FC III associates Providing timely response to unemployment tickets and attend unemployment hearings as necessary Metrics/WOR ReportingAttendance/Payroll/Timekeeping:
Attendance Tracking and enforcing attendance policies and procedures Process biweekly payroll utilizing multiple software systems Identify Unpaid Time Off trends for non-exempt employees and provide reports to management Audit timecard records to ensure compliance with company policy and labor laws Audit associate paid time off balances to ensure accuracy Ensure integrity in HRIS systemsAssociate Engagement:
Assist internal customers with benefits, orientation, compensation, time off, and payroll inquires.
Timely response to Voice of the Associate Board and proper escalation of associate feedback or concerns Manage employee communications and postings (inSTALLments, table toppers, benefit updates, weekly job alerts, flu clinic, company-wide communications) Manage site required posters (federal, state, and company required) Manage Career Choice and Career Skills programs on site Plan and communicate Peak Planning and Prime Day activities in partnership with Operations Management Plan Birthday Roundtables and All Hands Meetings with SHRBP and site leadership Manage School Accommodation requests ERC Room Management Participate in committee and special projects All other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
